Drybodybrushing has existed in cultures around the world for centuries, it has been used by almost all ancient civilizations, including the ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, Indians, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Scandinavians, Turks and Native Americans to help keep the body healthy, and skin rejuvenated.
Some of the benefits of drybodybrushing before a shower or bath are: • Exfoliates the skin and eliminates dead skin cells • Assists in the breakdown of cellulite • Helps stimulate the lymphatic system • Helps increase circulation and energy
BodyCare Central’s drybodybrush is crafted using natural sisal brush fibres and a wooden handle that is FSC certified. Say hello to softer, smoother and more radiant skin!
DIRECTIONS
The ideal time to drybodybrush is just before taking a bath or shower. Starting at your feet, move upwards using wide, circular clockwise motions. Apply gentle pressure in areas where the skin is thin and harder pressure where the skin is thick, such as the soles of your feet.
When you get to your arms, begin at your hands and work the brush upwards.
Use 1-3 times a week depending on your skin type and sensitivities.
